This disclosure is provided pursuant to Article 11 of the Japanese Act on Specified Commercial Transactions (“Tokushoho”). It applies to users in Japan and is provided in English for informational purposes. The Japanese version shall prevail.

How to confirm the final price:

The final selling price is the price displayed in each store (Apple App Store / Google Play). Prices are displayed on your device based on your region, currency, exchange rate, and store settings.

  • Apple App Store: Price shown on the Monny San App Store page
  • Google Play: Price shown on the Monny San Google Play page
  • All displayed prices include applicable taxes

Restricted Regions

Monny San is not available in:

  • EU member states (27 countries) — due to the EU Digital Services Act
  • Countries/regions under international sanctions (UN, US, EU, Japan)

Additional Costs

  • Data fees: Costs for downloading and using the Services are the user’s responsibility.
  • Payment processing: No additional fees (included in displayed prices; Apple/Google fees are absorbed by the pricing).

Payment Methods

Payment methods available through the relevant store:

  • iOS: Apple ID payment methods (credit card, carrier billing, Apple Gift Card, Apple Cash, etc.)
  • Android: Google Play payment methods (credit card, carrier billing, Google Play gift card, etc.)

Payment Timing

  • Monthly plan: At purchase and on each monthly auto-renewal
  • Annual plan: At purchase and on each annual auto-renewal
  • Auto-renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period

Service Provision

Premium features activate immediately after payment is completed.


Cancellation

How to Cancel

Subscriptions may be canceled anytime via your device OS:

iOS (Apple): Settings > Apple ID (your name at top) > Subscriptions > Monny San > Cancel Subscription

Android (Google): Google Play > Menu > Subscriptions > Monny San > Cancel subscription

Cancellation Deadline

Cancel at least 24 hours before the next renewal date. Otherwise, the next period’s fee will be charged.

After Cancellation

Even after cancellation, Premium features remain available until the end of the already-paid period.


Refunds

Basic Policy

  • Due to the digital nature of the Services, refunds are generally not provided.
  • Already-initiated services and charged subscriptions are, in principle, non-refundable.

Store Exceptions

Refund requests must be submitted directly to the relevant store. We follow the store’s refund decision.

Refunds for Defects

If a material defect renders the Services substantially unusable for an extended period, we will consider individual refunds. Contact shinobasajp@gmail.com.
